MINORITY PROGRAMS
Goodyear works with national student programs aimed at preparing minority students to join the workforce. Goodyear provides internships that give the students practical experience that compliments their academic course of study.

INROADS (www.INROADS.org) is an organization that develops minority students, partners with corporations to provide internships and prepares them for corporate and community leadership. |
