Wholesale Tire Center Manager
The Wholesale Tire Center Manager is responsible for managing existing customers and coordinating associates efforts to sign new accounts. Candidates must have a good understanding of financial principles to run a business operation, including annual operating plans and P&L experience. The manager also oversees the logistical planning to efficiently route scheduling for deliveries and adequate sales coverage for customer accounts. The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, training, developing, promoting and coaching associates to develop top talent and teams, and overall maintaining a profitable business.
Field Sales Representative
A Field Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and growth of existing account business. In addition, this position is responsible for the solicitation and signing of new accounts, in particular our G3X customers. This role must maintain customer relationship and achieve sales unit objectives through comprehensive sell-out strategy. Our field sales representatives present the business case for auto dealers entering the tire business to help them understand products and prices and update management on any market conditions that could impact Goodyear sales or market share.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is a customer service and inside sales representative for retailers and dealers that call the wholesale tire center. The primary responsibility is to serve and process customer needs from phone and online inquiries. The Inside Sales Representative is also expected to place outbound sales solicitation calls and assist others in building the wholesale tire center sales volume through training and inventory management.
Our drivers safely maneuver and efficiently pick up and deliver products to specific accounts while ensuring good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a professional manner. They perform warehouse duties including movement of inbound and outbound product and occasionally operate material movement equipment.
