Damon J. Audia

Damon J. Audia was appointed Vice President & Treasurer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, effective March 14, 2007.

He joined Goodyear in December 2004, as assistant treasurer, capital markets. Audia was elected as an officer of the company in June 2005, and has responsibility for all financing transactions and risk management activities for Goodyear globally.

Audia joined Goodyear from Delphi Corporation, where he served in a variety of treasury and financial roles. He joined Delphi as manager, Capital Planning & Pensions Analysis in 1998, and held positions including manager, Capital Markets; director, Capital Planning & Structured Finance; director, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, and product line director for the company's Automotive Holdings Group. Prior to Delphi, Audia spent time with General Motors, Merck and Ford Motor Company.

Audia was born January 25, 1971, in Detroit. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, and earned a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University.
