Arthur de Bok is President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's Europe, Middle East and Africa business unit, a position he has held since February 1, 2008.

He served as President of the company's European Union business since Sept. 16, 2005. Previously, he had been Vice President, Consumer Tires, with overall responsibility for the company's Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda, Sava and Debica brands in the European Union since Sept. 1, 2003.

De Bok joined Goodyear as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Consumer Tires, European Union, from Procter & Gamble in January 2002. He had more than 13 years with the consumer products company, working in various national and regional roles in several countries.

De Bok has bachelors and masters degrees in law from Erasmus University in The Netherlands.

Born on June 2, 1962, in The Hague, Netherlands, de Bok lives in Brussels.
