SkillSoft Diagnostic Utility
Some of the more common issues with Goodyear University are pop-up blockers and incorrect Java settings. A good place to start would be this diagnostic page provided by SkillSoft. On that page, enter your email in the first box and goodyearuniversity@goodyear.com in the second box; click “ Submit." The test will take several seconds and you will receive a copy of the system test by email.
