SkillSoft provides you with access to over 4,000 courses, as well as Books 24x7, course topics include; selling, customer service, and communication skills. The Goodyear learning portal for SkillSoft is located at http://goodyear.skillport.com. If you do not have an active SkillSoft license and wish to sign-up to access the courses, please request that your manager send an e-mail to goodyearuniversity@goodyear.com. Please include: First Name, Last Name, e-mail address, a billable non-sig number, dealership name, and dealership phone number. If you previously had a userid (starting with the letter “e”) from Goodyear University, please include that number as well.
The cost for a one year subscription is $150/per person/per year for dealers.
