Customized Training Sessions
Customized training sessions, designed to address issues particular to your business, are available from Sales Training. These sessions can range in topic from selling skills to product information, from managing an outlet to managing a service department. The only requirement for a customized session is either that you fill the class (commonly eight people) or that you "buy-out" the session, which means that you get a significantly reduced price, but provide the site, lunches and snacks. For a buy-out, there is no minimum, but a maximum of eight attendees is greatly encouraged for customized "boot camps" due to filming.
