Dealers that wish to provide OSHA compliance training for their commercial tire service technicians can purchase TIA’s Basic Commercial Tire Service (CTS) Training Program.  This is a 4-hour video/workbook training program.  

Those who successfully pass the test and complete the Skills Demonstration form will earn a TIA Certificate of completion.  

Information regarding the TIA process is located by placing your cursor over the Home link and then click on the link for TIA Information.  To purchase materials, you will need to log in to the site.  If you do not have a log in, hover over the Login link and click on the link to “Set Up New Access.“ Click Here to get started. This link will take you to the Goodyear Learning Center site. 

Note:  If you are a Tire & Service Network Dealer, you will need to contact the vendor at 877-384-7993 to be able to log in to the Goodyear Learning Center site.  This request only takes a few minutes and the vendor will process your request quickly.
