From the beginning ordering from Goodyear to choosing this shop to perform the work, everything worked well; no issues. I was shown that the shop was honest along with all other points to their outstanding organization. I asked that they put new brakes on the vehicle. I was told that they would inspect them first. Picking up the vehicle, I was informed I did not yet need the brakes. They could have sold them to me but were honest stating I did not yet need them. Their physical plant was exceptionally clean and orderly. I plan I’m taking all future business to this shop.

I have repeatedly returned to Wiygul because of their pricing (the place is nice and offers amenities so for what you get it’s a great price!) They’re also very helpful, such as explaining how if I don’t already have a spare tire I do not have a rim for the 5th tire I bought on the Goodyear website. When I acquire a 5th rim they’ve agreed to get it ready for me :)

First time going to this shop to get new tires. Wait time was ok. Friendliness of staff was ok. Had an issue with the tire installation and brought the car back a week later due to vibrations at highway speeds. They squeezed me in, couldn't figure out the problem, told me it could be a bent axle and then another mechanic looked at the car and the issue was fixed. Wouldn't tell me what they did to the car only said it was good to go and won't have issues any more. Indicates to me they did something wrong with the tire install that caused the vibration but didn't want to admit it. Not a great attribute for a car shop.
