Had an appointment day at Van's. Needed a tire replacement. They got my car in on time and completed in about 40 minutes. The waiting area was clean with coffee available. The office staff was friendly and engaging. All went smoothly, would highly recommend. This is second time i have been there in the 18 months, both experiences were 5-star.

Took my vehicle for new tires and had such a good experience, I went back the following week with my son's vehicle! I don't think you can beat their prices, but it's their service that's outstanding. Very professional, courteous and timely. Did not try to sell me items I did not need.

They installed the tires I had ordered on line at the time of my appointment and got them on quickly. The tech guy was very knowledgable about adjusting the tire pressure to suit my ride comfort.

I recently hit an object on a highway and blew out one of my tires. I needed new tires anyway, so I purchased four Michelins at Van's. Last week I started to lose pressure in two of the tires so I stopped by, at around 5:30, for them to have a look. One tire had a nail in it, they repaired it for me. The other tire had no obvious reason why it should be leaking air, nothing showed up in the dunk tank. They surmised that it was leaking at the rim so they did their magic and repaired that tire. Both tires are now performing beautifully. They kept the store open for about 20 minutes after their normal closing time, fixed a nail hole in a tire that they were not responsible for and refused to take any payment. That's customer service.

They are always eager to work with us. Quick to turn the TV to something accommodating to my children. Reasonable pricing.

I walked into the building and was immediately welcomed and treated as if I was an old friend. My tires were replaced with an inspection of my entire car with photos. I was told that I had an exhaust issue and was told the best place to take it for that fix. This was my second visit to this business and they now have me as a customer for life. My tires were a donation from Goodyear to the Shriners Hospitals for Children Golf Outing in Mansfield last year in which I entered a silent auction and won. I thank Goodyear so much for their donation supporting Shriners Hospitals, it is very commendable that they think so much of children that they would donate to help them. Thank you Van's for your service and thank you so much Goodyear for your superb tires and philanthropy!
