Soon as I got there they brought my car in. I got new tires and they were done within 30 mins. I was in and out. Def. Would come back.

Was told it would take about two hours to replace the four tires and an alignment but it actually took five hours. Was called after two hours and told they recommended one more thing be done to the vehicle. I immediately opted against the recommendation and told them to just replace the tires. Was told they would call back when it was ready. We had to call them after not hearing back and was told it would be another hour. In total, my vehicle was there for five hours to just replace four tires on a small car.

Bought replacement fuel max tires and very satisfied with the service. Wheel alignment too.

Easy ordering my tires and they were sent to Central Connecticut &SUV Inc the next day. I arrived early and they got me in on time. Great Service and Friendly workers

Bought tires online and scheduled install over site. They recommended brakes and alignment as well. Car rides so smooth and brakes with ease. They did an excellent job and will be back in the future!

I was only scheduled for a tire installation after I purchased them online. When I got there I was told my tires weren't there. I began to realize everyone there was confused because they hadn't dealt with an online purchase before. Once my tires were found I asked for an alignment which was never done. Maybe they were off their game because of the whole online purchase thing but I can't say I'd go back to have work done. They just seemed unorganized.
