Staff was professional and courteous and the installation was under 30min.

I was in and out quickly, but didn't get the sense they were thrilled with my business because "I didn't buy the tires directly from them". Drove home and experienced a wheel vibration at highway speed. Checked the lug nut torque on all 4 wheels and found one lug nut on right rear was only finger tight. Went over the lugs on all 4 wheels and drove the car again, but vibration still existed. Didn't trust to return to shop after lug nut issue, so took vehicle to a competitor to have all four wheels balanced again. Car now drives nicely on the highway. Disappointed it wasn't done correctly the first time.

Did exactly as expected but faster, dropped car the evening before appt. , got a call 40 mins later saying the car was finished, fantastic.

Ordered and paid for my tire on line. Showed up for my appointment. they took me in, replaced the tire and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. They were professional and courteous.

In and out in one hour could not of been better already driven in rain and light snow tires are outstanding thanks.
