Looked for advice on shock replacement..not necessary. 4 tires plus align took 2 hours..great service plus good product.

This is a RIDICULOUS place. I have never seen any place like this. This is my first time getting services and LAST TIME at this place. I came to get an oil change and I end up to pay few hundred for physical damages to my car! I did not read any reviews before I came here, but I came here because they gave me a free air for my tire long time ago, so I thought I should return the flavor. I decided to get the oil change service at this place. I came there, parked, locked the car, and LOCKED THE GLOVE BOX. Like other stores, I checked it and gave them the car key (not the key for glove box). After about 1 hour, they checked out my car, and when I walked out to check my car, I saw THE DOOR'S STEP ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FALL OUT, the glove box was opened and they noted it on the paperwork that "the glove box is sticky" ? IT IS STICKY BECAUSE I LOCKED IT!!!, IT WILL BE VERY SMOOTH (WHEN YOU PRESS THE BUTTON) IF YOU ASK ME FOR THE GLOVE BOX'S KEY!!! NO PRINTED STICKER FOR THE OIL CHANGE

I have 4 family vehicles serviced here and am always recognized by name when I come in. I trust these guys more than most dealerships.

Overall the work was done on time and correctly. But, when I came to pick up the vehicle, I asked where it was parked. Rather than show me where it was in the full parking lot, I was just told, it's out there somewhere. You will be able to find it.

Wouldn't honor Goodyear three year alignment package.

I have use Burnett many times for oil changes. Now I have used them for tires and I was very pleased. Could use a refresh of the lounge area but otherwise great.
