Amazing Service

My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I was using a glass repair service and when they came out, they told me, the glass punctured the motor in the door and they would have to replace that. The glass service told me they'd have the new part the following week. When they came out, they had ordered the wrong part. Goodyear was able to have the part ordered and installed the SAME DAY and provided amazing service. They even let me keep my car in their bay to protect it from the storms and rain. Felt so comfortable and trust them completely. Would highly recommend!

SLOW and POOR Customer Service

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop. My car has been here for two weeks. I had two tire replacements and a rim repair. I was told my rim could be repaired and that I could pick my car up 4 days after drop off. On the 4 the day I was told my rim could not be repaired and I needed to find my own rim. They would proceed to order the new tires only. I ordered a new rim just to find out the employee gave me the WRONG mailing address.Fast forward 8 days later my new rim arrives and they STILL did not have my new tires ready. Apparently they ordered the WRONG tires and had to reorder. I had to wait an additional 2 days before I could pick up my car. The communication is terrible between customers and employees. The only time I got an update is when I called the shop myself. It should not be this difficult to get a simple service.

2 flat tires since my recent move to Ga. Staff found the problem and unlike many places where able to make repairs without insisting that I needed a new tires. Greatly appreciate the honesty.

Who gets excited about spending money and servicing their car? NO ONE. With that being said, a local dealership tried to scare me into spending $3k (I was pregnant and hormonal) -- I luckily got a second opinion at Goodyear -- My husband has been coming here for years. All I needed was an oil change and I was out the door! Had multiple lights go on today in my car and was panicked- they checked my tire pressure, turned my oil light off, and sent me on my way for $0. Nicest guys EVER. I always feel like they are trustworthy, kind, and super efficient. I believe the guy that helped me today was LC- sweetest man ever!

I was very impressed with Richard that assisted me when I arrived. I had a battery, oil change, and tires done by this location. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous, not to mention the proces cant be beat for the quality of service that you receive. They told me exactly what I needed and it was completed well ahead of the timeframe I was given. The service was better than the Mercedes dealership I normally go too, I will use this location in the future rather than paying the high Mercedes dealer prices. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Your wallet will thank you too.

I needed tires and brakes for my Mercedes. The very talkative counter guy told me the shop would only use Mercedes OEM parts to install on my car. After receiving my car back I began to notice a dragging noise. They installed Worldpac brakes parts NOT Mercedes OEM which my Mercedes dealer verified.

To same I am disappointed with this location is an understatement. After calling in and scheduling a 2:30PM appointment for a simple OLF/Tire Rotation, I showed up only to be told it would be at least until 5PM before they could service my truck. What is the point in scheduling an appointment, much less taking the time to schedule a "reservation", if the that appointment is not held. So I essentially lost the afternoon, much less took off time from work, for nothing. This location will no longer see my business, either of my (2) family vehicles, or any other tire/automotive needs ($$$$).
