I booked online. They had everything ready to go when I dropped my car off and they had it ready quickly. No issues with anything.

Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced for 8am. Dropped off at 8:07am. Got the call that my vehicle was ready at 3:20pm. I had asked that my alignment be checked at drop off and was told they would. I informed the gentleman i did paperwork at drop off with that a wheel that i wanted installed for a bent right rear wheel was in the back of the truck. I arrived for pickup and did a walk-around and didn’t see the new wheel. It was in the back of the truck where i had left it. Still boxed up, untouched. I had never unpacked the wheel when i got it so it worked out luckily. I unpacked the wheel in the parking lot and discovered i had been sold a junk wheel. Then, i went inside to finish up and asked about how my alignment went. Only then was i told that the alignment rack had a leaking ram on the lift and alignment wasn’t performed. Over all, better communication and hustle would have made this a 4 star appointment. Not great, not terrible. I’ll Go back, but ask questions

Had our appointment set up online with goodyear, arrived at the correct time, got an honest estimate on how long it would take, work was completed and we were on our way. Awesome wait area also. Great customer service.

I had new wheels and tires installed here. I made the appointment on line and they actually got me in a day early. once everything was installed and I drove my truck away it shook like the rear end was falling out! It was too late to go back that evening and it was a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday. I did some investigating and found what I thought was the problem and took it back in Monday. They listened to me and fixed the issue with no problem at all.
