Friendly & Prompt service! Had an appointment for Tire Installation, shortly after checking in my car was taken into service bay & Installation on 4 tires done without any delays. Great job!

I wasn’t pleased at all. I called a day after to get information about my meeting. They said they don’t know when they will have the tires & it could be Monday. When I scheduled my spot for Saturday and I informed them my meeting was at seven thirty am. They said we do not even open then. After my tires were completed they had no info to give me and said to contact Goodyear for any paperwork. I just didn’t feel good about spending almost seven-hundred dollars. The last place I got my tires were amazing with everything and made me feel good about my new tires. I will not be returning to this store for anything else. Thanks for everything.

Bought the tires online and scheduled on your website to go to Zolman Tire in Mishawaka IN to install my tires at 7am last Saturday 9/7. I sat there because the installation center didn't even open for the day till 7:30, they did not have the tires, and had no idea of when they would get the tires from Goodyear. I filled out the survey the other day giving you poor scores since I did not get my service and a lady called me yesterday saying she would get things taken care of. She also offered to credit me $40 back on my card because of all the hassle, which has NOT happened. I got a call today from the service center saying that they tires still have not shown up and they had to reorder them for Goodyear. NOW, you email me ANOTHER survey and ask me about the tire installation on my FORD EDGE. 1.) I still don't have my tires and 2.) It's a Ford F150. I have no idea what to think about your operation. Complete mess. The guys at Zolman are good but obviously working with you is not easy.
