I had my tires replaced and the customer service team is excellent. I was in and out in a very timely manner, and am very happy with my tires and experience at Conrad’s.

Although the quality of my work was fine on the car, it took over 2 hours to get new tires installed. The service should not have taken this long specifically since I booked the earliest appointment at the store and was the only person there for most of the morning.

I ordered tires on Goodyear.com to be installed at Conrad’s. After waiting for 50 minutes, I was notified that the store received the wrong sized tires but the correct ones would be there in 60 minutes (11Am) . I left and decided to call the store before returning. At 11:15, the tires had not arrived. The new delivery time was 1pm. The tires were installed quickly and appear to be in good working condition.

My appointment was on time. The services personal were all friendly and efficient. My vehicle was ready when promised.

The guys at the store were very friendly and efficient. I did not however realize that rotation was not included when purchasinf e-commerce. Wish I would have know that.

Some of the problem (for them) is that I purchased my tires on line. They claimed a lack of familiarity with the program. It was clear I wasn’t a valued customer (to them). Regardless of my confirming emails, I couldn’t get the tires installed because only 2 of the 4 had been shipped. They had 12 more in their warehouse inventory but were unwilling at first to use their own stock. Somehow they resolved the problem and I was able to return later in the day for the tires. 2 hours later I had my tires along with the warning that routine rotations etc were on me. I was to deal directly with Goodyear and not them. Also as I sat and waited, I was able to observe how they treated other customers. If I managed this store, at a minimum, employees would receive customer service training. In several cases, some would be let go. The owners should take a good look at their staff.
