This shop had been my go-to place with me buying several sets of tires on 2 BMWs and a Chevy Avalanche and some repair and maintenance work sent their way with no problems. That all changed this week. I called on Monday to get an appointment for our 2014 Grand Cherokee’s tire rotation and road force balancing and an alignment check. I was told they did not take appointments - it was first-come-first- served. So this morning my wife was at the shop when they opened. An hour later, Steve told my wife they could not do ANY of the work “at this time” because our vehicle has factory air suspension. Really - can’t rotate and balance tires at least? Goodyear on Hixson Pike rotated and balanced the tires at 10,00 miles with no issues. I called and got the story that they have only seen 3 of these Grand Cherokees with air suspension and basically do not know how to work on them. I’ll find a shop that is more caught up on current vehicle technology from here forward.

I have never been so disappointed in a business. The service was rude. I bought my tires here and I so wished I had not. Repeat customers must be far and few between. And the customer service guy was a total jerk. Oh well, lesson learned.

I have always had my oil changed on my Z06 Corvette at Steve's Goodyear Service Center. Very caring with my car. I've purchased tires and rims, and had them balanced and mounted with no problems at all. Also, wheel alignments using state of the art equipment. Excellent service, very friendly personnel. Needed a regular brake service, expected an hour or two at a little more than $139 as quoted. THE BANDITS KEPT MY TRUCK ALL DAY LONG ( SIX HOURS ) AND CHARGED $ 555.00 ( FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS ) for new pads, rotors, and brake hoses on TWO WHEELS !!!!!!!!!!! AND I'M NOT EVEN SURE THAT I GOT NEW ROTORS!
