Purchased 4 GY Duratrac tires on GY website for RAM 3500 (received 10% military/first responder discount via ID.me PLUS GY factory rebate). Installation was scheduled effortlessly on the GY website at the closing of the purchase transaction. Tires were shipped to Frasier Tire Service for free within three days. Installation was expertly completed by Frasier Tire Service Techs. This was BY FAR my most introvert friendly and efficient tire buying experience ever (you need to be willing to do your own homework for this process to work out for you). The Frasier Techs handled my truck as if it were their personal vehicle (I was watching and listening). They skillfully prepped each wheel prior to mounting the new tires (more watching and listening). Store manager gave me unsolicited updates as the task moved forward. With 1500 miles of high speed highway, towing, and in-and-around town driving I have no concerns or complaints. I have found my Go-To truck tire guys in SC.

Purchased (1) one tire from this store in the past and had excellent service then. Thought I would give them a another try for the remaining three some 18 months later. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The price per tire was what I expected and they installed them right then and there. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Excellent service and good people.

Frasier's always goes above and beyond to help their customers. We ran into a bit of a problem ordering the tires because of Goodyear's website and Rob worked with me to help me get it fixed. They were very quick with the installation and always make you feel welcome.

Having a flat tire when you have a hectic day can make it very stressful! I got lucky finding this place a block away from work. Everyone who helped me worked very quickly. The customer service was friendly and able to multitask so efficiently. I highly recommend this place.
