Professional job, quick in and out.

Would not recommend this dealer. Set up install appointment for 10 am. Arrived at 10 a.m. and they had no idea who I was nor why I was there. Once I explained that I had purchased online they said they would take care of me. After a 30 min. wait, I was told that my tires would be there at 2:30 p.m. So I leave and come back at 2:30 p.m.; different staff so I have to start over & explain everything again. Tires still not at store; finally tires arrive but the 4th tire is the wrong size; so I continue to wait. Finally I am out the door at 5:15 pm.

purchased 2 sets of trailer tires on Goodyear.com and had them installed at Blacks tire. Great experience with purchase and scheduling the appt and installation. Attention to detail with balancing the tires and using a torque wrench to check the lug nuts when complete. 5 stars and we will be back. Thank you

Two out of four wheels were scratched in the process of mounting new tires.

As expected

After 2 hours of waiting for mounting, balancing and and alignment, and seeing my truck sit in the parking lot for an hour with the new tires installed but nobody working on the alignment and the alignment machine not being used, told them I couldn’t wait for the alignment. Plenty of people behind the desk, one went out to the shop to get my paperwork, turns out it was behind the desk and nobody had told the technician I was waiting on an alignment. All I was told was they had a new computer system, maybe they need a new computer system that tracks paperwork.

Ordered tires and set appointment online. When we arrived on time they didn't have our tires. We were told they had been delivered, so someone else got them, or at least some of them. Appointment rescheduled ( two more tires ordered) and every thing went fine from there. Slight apology at checkout. Still wonder if we got a tire or two that had been sitting around for a while.

The personnel up front and installation tech were polite and helpful. They helped review the features and specs of my old tires and presented inventory options to me for new ones of similar performance and endurance. Very good communication and pleasant experience.
