Service is good. However they are in the process of making their own money rather than service GoodYear Tyre customers. I bought tyres online and chose this store for replacement as near to home. However, they persistently asked me to get alignment done from them on the pretext that my tires warranty will not be valid if I dont get alignment done on new tires and in future if tires wear out they will not support warranty claim which is in fact through GoodYear. Hence i agreed for same Later I found out that alignment is not mandatory and I ended up paying for alignment which was not required on my car which has very low mileage. Ultimately we found that alignment was not out. Took two hours for this job. Technicians are good but watch out for extras which they force

Had a wonderful first experience with Tim and First Tire and Auto. My son's car was in bad shape and needed a ton of work in order to get a state inspection. Tim ordered parts and even helped us get into a rental car while they worked on it. Went out of his way to help! Will definitely be back!

Tim and Isaac were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had in an automotive-repair situation. If I lived anywhere near Sugar Land, this shop would be my go-to place for auto repairs and tire purchases.

Independent dealer not too interested in supporting on line employee purchase of tires. Complained about Goodyear making all profit and they have to service tires they install. To help them make some money I purchased some additional services but they were higher priced - oil change for $ 42 ! and alignment. There are not many GT employees in the area still dealer was not too happy to install tires - I felt he had to do it to keep dealership. For a GT employee on line purchase and installation at the nearby dealership-abt mile from home is great compared to going to 20 miles to GT store and wait. It is a 30 yr dealership and has good reputation - GT retail needs to retrain them for accepting the reality of a young consumer purchasing on line and not come to dealership and either negotiate or pay higher price- profit.
