anywhere else is highway robbery we just got a set of four nearly new tires 175 / 65 / 14 tires purchased and installed for $140 total out the door... you won't find a better deal than that not to mention I'm writing this review at 5:20 I pulled up 5 till 5:00 even though they close their 5 yet they're still changing out my tires that's dedication an excellent customer service I don't know these folks on a personal level I never even heard of the place until today but from today's experience I give these guys a 5-star rating anywhere else seems like highway robbery the generosity and professionalism is just there you will not find a place more convenient and if you think you have found one prove it come by and give these guys a chance to prove otherwise. I doubt it though. Have a blessed day.

The "CREW" at Cliffs took great care of me. I bought my tires online and scheduled an install on the following Saturday through Goodyear at Cliffs. I received a call from Cliffs the very next morning (Tuesday) telling me that they had my tires and that I could come in anytime to get them installed. So, I went ahead and went that afternoon around 4. I had them do an add-on alignment, oil change and replace a headlight. They stayed until almost 7pm to finish up taking care of me. They close at 6pm! I am so thankful for their going the extra mile and am now a customer for life! They earned my respect and business.

Well, this place just reinforced my belief that Texans are polite, professional, and respectful of my time. Went in today for an annual vehicle inspection. No wait, in and out in 15 minutes after being treated like I was their only customer. So impressed I immediately drove home, hooked up the boat trailer to the truck and sped back to have them inspected too. Not 25 minutes after arriving, I was on my happy way. The staff, ALL, were fantastic. We just moved to Springtown from out of state, and we'll become regulars at this Goodyear. Thank You!

Very disappointed in my experience here purchasing tires and with the installation. Left there with work still to be done and attention to detail is very lacking.

Be very careful of what they say. The prices you hear before service may end up to be different when you pay and all is said and done. When a new customer they gave good advice and saved me money even, but something has changed. They made up for it and GOT ME, but one thing for sure I will not go back to give them another shot.

Costly mistake

I used this goodyear facility because it was close, conveient and local. I had some small issues with this company . It was never the cheapest but that was ok . Then one day i bought some used tires for my pickup when the guy installed them on the rim he broke my tps sensor. They said they put a new one on, I DONT THINK SO. They claim they could not get the new sensor to reset. They claimed it was in the tps computer, WRONG so after six months trying to get them fix it. I took it to toyota to find out what was wrong with my pickup. The sensor was damaged and had never been replaced, there was nothing wrong with the computer. It cost $250 to fix the problem. So i think this bussiness is to expensive for me to keep using there services and paying double the cost for items that they broke also.
