I've always had very good service at this location and they're at the top of my list for all my tire needs and oil changes.

Process was smooth and efficient from order to installation.

Received my quote for my tires via goodyear.com. Seemed resonable. Made an appointment and they said they would start working on it. While I'm waiting, I overhear that some tech is taking out his frustrations on someone's car. How they need to tell the customer before they make changes that would result in buying more than the need was for the visit. They tell me that I need new lugbolts. Not a big deal. They finally get everything done after about 4 hours of waiting in total. I pay and leave. I'm satisfied until I get a chance to look at my wheels. They scratched heavily in the lugbolt holes in two of my wheels. Deep scratches from them beating it and tearing up my lugbolts to get them out. This was all done without telling me that they would be having a hard time first. I did not give consent for them to proceed with the job that resulted in poor judgement and poor workmanship. Called and tried to make an appointment to see them, but no answer. Will not come back here again.

My niece went there to get tires installed I ordered and was treated very well. I am a former Goodyear employee and know what can happen. I take my hat off to this dealership and crew for their excellent service.

Needed a replacement tire for the temp spare for my wife’s car. Ordered the requisite tire from Tire Rack, had it delivered to BV Tire & Service b/c of their good installer ratings on TR website. The tire arrived on Wed. That day just after lunch I went to have the old tire removed and the new one placed on the rim. In just about as much time as it’s taken me to type this, the job was done. Cheerfully, quickly, smoothly, and well. Cannot ask for better service.

I gave this shop several chances since my initial experience was good. The second trip they failed to rotate my tires as asked, I realized this after I made it home and had to make a second trip back. The third I waited over 2 hours for an oil change which never happened so I left. The fourth they failed to rotate my tires again, at this point was frustrated with their service and left. Later I checked to see if they changed my oil as asked, I quickly recognized they failed to change the oil filter. I am quickly losing faith in the service industry as whole...do not go here.

I've been bringing my car here for 2-3 years and they've always made it a point to have time for me and to give me the best prices they could offer. I would recommend this place to anyone sincerely Rick B
