I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours later I finally got done. So much for having an appointment. It seemed a bit long to wait. I guess this is normal, because I never received any updates about my car.

We have always had excellent service and the people are always very courteous each and everytime we have been there We have been going to them since they opened

Responded to an email ad for Goodyear Tires (with a Goodyear rebate) from JustTires. Selected tire and set up an appointment online. When I got to the store I was told that only one tire was in stock, and the remaining three would arrive in two hours... and would I mind waiting? Returned next day for installation. Tire mounting took an hour but each tire was still oozing mounting grease on the sidewalls which I had to clean later. Finally, in regards to the rebate form from Goodyear that store provided, I was informed by Goodyear that the tires Did Note not qualify for rebate. Not ever going back.

Due to an issue at home I was running an hour behind. I called and the immediately told me I was okay. They moved the next appointment up to my slot and placed me in that person's spot. They were very understanding and super friendly!!

got tires balanced and rotated, slung off some weights on the way home. very expensive shop.

Just tires means JUST TIRES. Dont have them do any actual service that requires turning a wrench. Also slung off weights they just balanced wheels from while driving home.

Set an appointment up online and dropped car off on time. Got a call 6 hours later that they had the 2 tires and oil change done. Why bother with appointments? About 1 year ago at same location i stopped in to get a flat fixed and was there for 2 hrs, my vehicle was actually on the lift for 1-1/2 hrs after they said it would be roughly 30 minutes to repair. the first time i went to this location it was fantastic and we got 2 vehicles done 8 tires in 4 hrs. Get whatever has been lost from then back our you will lose more customers like me.

The people were friendly but I had an appointment at 10:00 and they never got my car in till around 11:00. I told them there was one tire in pretty good shape that I wanted back and I had to go back inside because they forgot to give it back to me and then I waited another 20 minutes and had to go back in and ask about the tire and they had forgot me.
