Customer Reviews: Just Tires - Capital Blvd

First thing is that I called at 5:00 pm to inquire about tires that I wanted and Robert, who was in the process of closing up, logged back in to the computer to help me out instead of just saying call back tomorrow. He found the tires I wanted and ordered them from the warehouse. I told him I really wanted to get my new rims and tires installed the next day and he said he couldn't promise they would be there in time for that, but he would call me if they did. He called and I came in and I found out that I needed special lugs for installation and Robert was extremely helpful and patient as I had to call him several times as I ran around town trying to locate the lugs. These days I find that there is very little "customer service" anymore, but Robert and the team at Just Tires were excellent.

To put in to words how thankful I am for their kindness, support and above and beyond care. I cannot tell you how many times I unfortunately have been taken advantage of with getting repairs done on my car. So every time I walk into a service place I am on edge and worried, because let's face it, I do not know enough about cars to be able to evaluate what someone tells me. But this whole team, not only walked me through the process but were honest and showed me why they were suggesting what they said. They also were filled with kindness and understanding for my questions. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will be a long time customer.
