We are new to the area and needed to find a good place for tire purchase and vehicle service. So I looked on line and read reviews and decided on this Goodyear Auto Service Center. Placed an online order for the next day for 4 new tires, oil and oil filter change and some normal checks such as brakes and alignment. Also had an issue with the TPMS not resetting. Picked the car up and noticed the TPMS was still lit up. Went back at 5 pm and they stayed and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this facility. As a side item the manger personally addressed my concern and stayed late to see the concern was taken care of

Ordered Good Year Tires on line and selected this Goodyear Dealer on-line for installation. Scheduling was easy and appointment time confirmed within minutes. Staff is professional and courteous. Completion of installation was in a reasonable amount of time.

I purchased a set of tires that were not in-stock at the store. The store team kept in contact with me regarding the status of when the tires would show up and were very flexible in scheduling the tire installation. I dropped off my vehicle and was able to pick it back up in a few hours. I arrived a little early to pick my vehicle back up and spoke with Steve at the front desk for a short time while they were finishing up. He was a very friendly individual.

Person I spoke to on phone remembered me when I got to the store. Good explanations and assistance with how to obtain rebate.

I made an appointment for an oil change a week before. When I got there, The clerk said they it would be ready by 5 when they close but they would call me. I took it in at the appointed time - 2pm. At 4:30, I still had not heard from them so I called. She said they hadn't started the procedure yet but to come at 5:30 and they should be done. I was not happy that I had to call them and it sounded like they were going to rush through the job just to get it done. When I came, they were still working on the car. As I was checking out, a service man came in holding a piece of metal and said it broke and they didn't want to put it back on in case it fell off. I didn't even know what piece it was just a lump of metal. He handed it to me and said I could put it on if I wanted. Finally, I could see it was the hubcap. The manager came out to try to explain why the hubcap broke but it just seemed to me that they were hurrying and broke it off when they were rotating the tires.

When traveling from out of town on Christmas Eve, we picked up a nail in a tire. The Goodyear Store said all they could offer was air. When pressed, they said that only one technician was on duty. Why even be open? I went to a competitor and they promptly fixed the tire at not charge. Well done competitor! Disappointing -- Goodyear!

Very personable manager. Got my car right it. Showed a very easy to understand graphic of a slight misalignment. They took care of it in short order and a very reasonable price. I’ll be back to this shop!
