i pulled up to the service bay with a flat tire and the manager came out to ask what he could help me with. when i told him i just needed air he proceeded to get upset i did not want a set of tires. he was very rude and informed me i would have to make an appointment but my tire was really flat and undrivable. If i remember correctly he told me after having to ask him repeatedly he informed me his name was jeff.

Aaron and Duffy are always a friendly face to see. I genuinely feel like they have my best interest when I bring my car in for repair and I feel safe after picking up my car. I always know the problem is fixed. I won't take my car anywhere else now.

Most expensive mistake of my life

I've previously taken my older Dodge to Good Year for years, so when I upgraded to a newer car it seemed like the logical choice. I took my 2016 Nissan Sentra, with around 30,000, into get 4 new tires. Once I picked up my car, I found that my tire pressure sensor light on my dash wouldn't turn off. They continued to try and fix the issue over multiple visits and eventually I was told I need to replace 3 of my tire sensors. After replacing the tire sensors the issue still persisted. After speaking with them, the only option I had was to bring my car back to the dealership. The dealership found their after market sensors weren't working and I ending up having to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors again. While Good Year refunded cost of the tire sensors they replaced, they created an issue that previously didn't exist which cost me an additional $700 dollars at the dealership to have the problem corrected. Getting a new set of tires from them set me back over $1,600.
