Had a air conditioning problem. Ended up having a whole new air conditioning system put in. When I picked up my car the engine light came on while I was driving home. I went straight back and had them look at it and was told it was due to the new air conditioning code. They reset it and I left only to have the engine check light come back on. I took the car back and this time I was told it was the air intake sensor(Come on man make up your mind). I told them it wasn’t on when I brought the car in. I was told because it’s electrical it could have happened any time. I say bull crap. It happened while you had it you need to fix it. I having doubts about getting any mechanical issues looked at here.was told the manager was on vacation and he would call me when he came back. It’s been over 2 weeks and not heard anything from them. Not happy at all with this service. Change my mind Goodyear...

I trust them . all staff is very professional and very respectful, friendly!

I wind up at my dealers' repair shop sometimes and inevitably wind up being lied to. I take my vehicle to the Goodyear with the information I get at the dealership and 90% of the time what the dealer has said is a LIE. The Goodyear guys are honest, reliable and they do good work. They can do some mechanic and engine work, brakes, and other stuff. If they can't do it, they tell me and why. I do have an extra vehicle so I just leave mine there until they call me, so no wait time.

They charge me for a service they did not do it and miss diagnosed a problem in my car

The store phone doesn't work and took 4 hours to install two tires.

Diré 3 horas en el lugar para instalar 3 cauchos... tenia mi cita a las 12am y apenas comenzaron a instalar los cauchos a la 1:30 pm , luego el carro estuvo listo como a las 2:30 ok y después de media hora más fue que lo sacaron del taller... demasiado lento todo y no era que estaban llenos de trabajo porque ni carros había ... demasiada mala experiencia
