Customer Reviews: Goodyear Auto Service - High School Road

I noticed a leak on my truck and took it in for them to fix, they stated the leak could not be fixed and I needed a new radiator. A week later the radiator was replaced (Dec 3rd). A week later I noticed the Truck was still leaking antifreeze, took the truck back, they stated the hose and clamps were loose, and the problem was resolved. Took my car back Wednesday Jan 13 because it was STILL leaking, the car stayed for 2 days. Now they state my head gaskets are going bad and that is causing the leak. When I drove off (Jan14th), two hazard lights came on in my truck, the truck drove rough, and would not excel over 20 mph. I called right after leaving, but no answer I had to leave my car in a parking lot because I felt unsafe to drive it home. . Jan 15th, I called 3 times this morning and no one is answering the phone to explain why my Truck is no longer drivable! All of this with 1.50 months time!

Saturday, 09/12, I took my car in for Adam, the local Goodyear mgr. at the 1300 S. High School Road office, Indianapolis, IN 46241 office to look at my brakes. We had talked about it early summer, that they were coming due, both front and rear. I had been to Honda for some other work that week, as always, a cljuster. Adam called me about an hour later and gave me quote, said t hey could to them that day. Finished about 3:30PM, no fuss, easy for me as usual. I can't say enough good things about Adam as Manager. He is polite, efficient, competent. I only take my 2010 Honda CRV to the dealership when it's something that requires Honda parts. Adam's shop is about 5 minutes from my house. He is always honest, prompt, adds value. You should give him a raise and ensure you hold onto him. I have come to like and depend on him. Great job as usual!

Easily made appointment online and vehicle was taken into work bay a few minutes before scheduled time. Manager and tech were friendly and proficient. Love my new tires.

Had issues with a tire went to a well known tire store several times and tire still had issues was reccomend this store and Adam the store manager checked and repaired my tire and found the issue. Adam was very pleasant and has my business from here on out. This store has my recommendations to anyone who needs good service.

This team is always accommodating, efficient, keeps their word and pricing! They are courteous, professional and i highly recommend them to family and friends all the time.

I have been using the Good year store more frequently as I've found that my Honda dealership leaves a lot to be desired in competence and care for my car. Adam, the store manager, is great and has helped me out the last two weeks on several planes. I took my wife's car there Saturday and he found she had a problem on her front driver's side axle. We were going to take the car on a road trip and will take mine instead which he has just got up to snuff. Adam works hard, is patient, kind, smart, competent. Can't say enough good things about him and staff. I am not returning to my Honda dealer except for recalls, no need as Good year is five minutes away. Adam et. al. will fix my wife's car when we drop it off thurs. and pick it up Saturday. Truly a hero; please give him a raise and keep up the good work!
