I'm a long-time (15 years) customer, but I think I'd received the same excellent service if I were a newbie. The staff seem to really consider each customer's needs and situation individually, & to give the best & most appropriate advice on that basis--not trying to just recommend the most expensive service option as if it were the only one, or the best one. They seem to care about all their customers.

The staff was amazing. Took my car in for tires. The team here was awesome. They went above and beyond so I had to get them some pizza for the hard work they put in. Mahalo!!

Order online was simple and cheaper appointment was set up appointment was prompt and work was done in an expedient manner, four tires I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great job

Efficient, friendly and fast service.

Bought a set of tires here just over a year ago and when a few months ago got a flat from a nail in one, they fixed it for free, yay. Recently got a flat tire on a bad road when a tire got gouged, so I knew they wouldn't fix it and took in the best of my previous set, which I always keep, and had them change out the tires and put it on my car. The long waits not fun, but at least internet; but when I learned the high cost I was not happy. Told they had to balance the tire and it has a year coverage, which I find absurd. What are the odds that one tire is somehow going to be a problem enough to notice, let alone need coverage for if it gets off balance?

If you live in Hawaii, do not use the online appointment service. Does not apply to Hawaii. Had a 9 AM appt according to online service, got there and does not hold your time. Waited 2 1/12 hours. Staff there is excellent and service is great. Call for your appt dont do it online.

I just adore the staff at this store! They are all very courteous, efficient, and compassionate. I have been their customer for almost 10 years and refuse to go anywhere else!

Got an appointment right away for an oil change on our new car. The appointment was reasonably fast and they made sure they let me know about the damaged tire I had. So glad they did! I didn't even know. Getting a new tire Friday. Thanks a lot, Goodyear!
