Bernie and Tony took great care of me it was late tony got me checked in bernie brought my car in and started the work right away

We purchased 2 tires & while the car was on the hoist, the mechanic noticed a severely rusted axil. Bernie, the mgr. called us in & took a photo with our smartphone. He told us to have it repaired before they could install the new tires. We were warned that this axil could cause a serious accident. We brought the car to our mechanic, who repaired the axil & the next day, Bernie had the new tires installed. We are so thankful to Bernie & your mechanic for their integrity. This is the 2nd time we have done business with your firm.

Scratched Fender with Battery but won't fix the damage! My 17 year old son took our pick-up to Peters Township NTB. When he came home, I found scratches on the top of the fender right where the battery was removed. I stopped by the NTB Peters the next day but was told Aaron, the manager, was off. I finally got a hold of Aaron by phone. He said "The battery is plastic and could not have scratched the fender". He said that most likely NTB would not cover but I would be hearing from their insurance company. The Insurance company called to explain that my 17 year old son should have inspected the vehicle before leaving NTB. Since it was reported after he left NTB Peters, the NTB's insurance would not cover the repair. I can't image that a company that installs batteries for a living can't protect a vehicle.
