The owner was gone when i arrived for my coupon special appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Bubba the oil specialist tech had come out to show me my air filter with fuzz and some acorns-not bad to me.he said he'd try to blow it out i said ok. the Boss was back in time to ring me up for three times the specified amount without any explanation.I objected saying i had a coupon."oh" he said and gave me a very small discount and explained the air filter had been replaced and it was the extra cost of 200 percent.i still objected showing him online price of $8 for the same filter and a youtube video of a 5 minute exchange.he was angry and told me he d refund me 1/6th the amount but could t take it was an inside cabin air filter-wonder why they even checked that except to overcharge me for unneeded item. i cleaned the debris out of the filter when i got home tho stop the horrible noise and put the clip on right so glovebox didn t sag.!! AVOID Them.Cost me 3Xs advertised.!

The Boss wasn t there so a service Tech started on my couponed oil change and tire rotation. He showed me my inside air filter and said he d try to "blow out" the small amount of mouse shells and debris he found. So after a total of just over an hour my car was ready and the Boss rang me up announcing a price three times the agreed upon price.! When I questioned this He said the difference was for a new cabin air filter. I Googled it and showed him the cost of $4.00-$8.00 and he said he could t take it back off even though I wasn t told of the cost or given an option. He offered to take the coupon discount off and adjust it $10. more for the unwanted filter . I agreed and said I would never return.I was the only customer there. Beware of what coupons really cost you.Dealers have to make money somehow even if it means gouging us for unneeded parts. The Boss was not personable from the time he got there and even called me STUPID.

Went in to get vehicle serviced and ended up paying over $600 for an enlightenment fix and for new shocks installed on my pickup...Wow!
