Glotfelty Tire Center

Glotfelty Tire Service has been my "go to" tire place for many years. I know that the service I receive from them is dependable, quick and cost effective. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great honest business! Hands down they are the best. Steve is the most honest and fair tire guy I've ever met! I had an issue with a set of tires, through no fault of Glotfelty Tire Center I might add, And Steve worked with me more than I could have ever imagined! They treated me more than fair. If your looking for quality work at a more than reasonable price, go see Steve at Glotfelty Tire Center! You wont regret it! I would have given more than 5 stars but that's the max. Thanks again Steve!

I was looking forward to getting my new tires installed at Glotfelty. I purchase my tires through goodyear.com (no problems there) and I chose an appointment time to have them installed. The next day I received confirmation that Glotfelty had accepted the appointment time, so I thought everything was set. When I walked in and gave my name, they had no record of it and the gruff fellow seated behind the counter said "we don't take appointments". I then stated that I had received an email confirmation and the woman at the counter said, "Oh, that must be through Goodyear. Do you know when the email was sent and I'll try to find it". She eventually found it and asked for all my contact information over again, even though it was sent to them already, and I was told they would honor my appointment and do the install right away. Well, it took almost 90 minutes to install 2 tires! The woman at the counter couldn't explain why. It was a bad experience overall. I would not recommend Glotfelty.
