The personnel were very cordial and the experience was very nice. I went on a Saturday and it was not busy also.

Bought 4 new tires online during the black Friday promotion. Tire installation took maybe 20 minutes. Very impressed. Until it got time to sign the invoice. A technical glitch in their system made it impossible to get the order invoiced. 45 minutes later it finally got resolved. Since i was on my lunch break i ended up being very late back to work. Everybody was friendly and nice though. They vehemently apologized for the wait time. Would've been 5 stars were it not for being late to work as a result of a computer issue.
