Better than the last installation
I only gave a 3 stars for the wet/winter fields because the driver has not yet been through those conditions. The installation was good and the presence of the tire was in a lot better shape than the last. Thank you.

BEST WEARING TIRE I'VE HAD ON THIS CAR
RUNNING STAGGERED, 275/45/18 REAR AND 265/45/18 FRONT. I'M GETTING CLOSE TO 8,000 MILES PER 1/32 ON REAR TIRES AND 12,000 ON THE FRONT. I WOULD SAY 50% OF THESE MILES ARE HIGHWAY, AND LIKE ALL TIRES, ROAD SURFACE MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE IN ROAD NOISE. THESE ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER OF THE FOUR TIRE BRANDS I'VE TRIED IN 90,000 MILES. THESE ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE BEST WEARING TIRES I HAVE HAD ON THIS CAR. EXPECT TO GET AT LEAST 35 TO 40,000 MILES ON THESE TIRES UNLESS CITY DRIVING WEARS...

great tires
I am running 265/45/18 tires on a 2012 mustang. At present I'm getting 9000+ miles per 1/32 of tread wear. This is much better than the three competitors summer tires I've had in the past.

new tires are out of round
Bought two new Asymmetrics 2 for my BMW to find out that both of them are out of round...I cannot understand how new tires can be defective sounds Goodyear has no quality control in their factory.

Nice but don't last
This is my second set. The rears only last about 13,000 and fronts about 20,000. And you can't even use them in winter! I wish Goodyear would make an all-season sport tire for my beloved Porsche!

Best I've had
Running 265/45/18 front and 275/45/18 rear. First set of tires I've used that didn't tram line on grooved roads. I have around 4000 miles on the front tire and around 5000 on the rear, and still have 9/32 tread. They have even wear at 32psi front and 29psi rear. Cornering grip is good, Wet weather is a non issue. Straight line is an issue with any tire I've had because of the car being supercharged. I have 80,000 miles on the car and these are the best all around tire I have ever used.

Better than Pilot Super Sport, F1GS-d3, P Zero or Toyos
I have burned up a lot of tires putting 70,000 miles on my BMW Z3 M, some in just a few thousand miles. These Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2 have the best handling and traction yet. Better than Pilot Super Sport, F1GS-d3, P Zero or Toyos I have tried before. They stop great too. I don't yet have enough mileage to judge the tread wear and the car doesn't drive in the snow so I can't comment on those aspects. Outstanding tire!
