How Mobile Tires and Services Work

Select Tires or Services
Choose tires or a service for your vehicle. Use the website to select the right tires and schedule professional installation. You can also add an Oil Change or additional services so everything gets done in one visit.
When you’re ready to check out, pick the date and time that works best for you — we’ll bring the shop to your driveway.
Step 2
Prepare your space
For everything to go smoothly, we’ll need a safe place to work.
Please be sure we have permission to park near your vehicle and that we have at least 5 feet of space around your vehicle so the doors can open fully. We'll also need 10 feet of overhead clearance if its in a covered area.
Step 3
We come to you!
Our mobile van comes straight to your door, fully equipped and ready to handle everything.
You’ll get a text before our Ambassador arrives, so there are no surprises. After a quick ID check and key handoff, we handle everything—professional service right in your driveway, so you can relax without leaving home.

We provide high quality oil and tire services onsite, while you spend time in the comfort of your own home or office. We understand that plans change. Please call us at 844-765-5826 to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of service time may be subject to a fee.
Our Goodyear Ambassadors are full-time Goodyear employees, trained, and well-qualified to service your vehicles and advise you on your car care needs. They drive fully-equipped vans to your home, office, or other preferred location to complete tire installations, oil changes, and more at a time and place that works best for you.
On the day of your appointment, please write down the current odometer (mileage) reading on your vehicle and ensure all vehicle alarms are disabled.
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines:
- Park your vehicle in a safe place off the roadway
- Show photo identification that matches your order invoice
- Provide consent for Goodyear Mobile Car Care to service your vehicle
- Leave at least 5 feet of space on all sides of your vehicle
- If parked in a covered location, provide at least 10 feet of vertical clearance for our van
- For tire installation, if your wheels have wheel locks, provide the wheel lock key
During Your Appointment
At the time of your appointment, our Ambassador will meet you outside. He or she will ask you to verify your odometer reading and that all alarms are disabled. We take it from there!
When the work is completed, our Ambassador will ask you to turn on your vehicle and confirm that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light is off (only if you booked a tire installation). All done!
An oil change is a comprehensive maintenance service during which we carefully replace your vehicle’s oil, check all other fluids, replace your oil filter, and inspect your engine for leaks. Our Ambassadors will show up on the day of your appointment and replace your oil at your preferred location.
A tire change is a service where we carefully replace your tires with the tires you purchased through our online portal. Our Ambassadors will show up on the day of your appointment, access your keys, and replace your tires at your preferred location.
