GCS Deployment Mission Statement

To improve the quality and efficiency of the contracting lifecycle at Goodyear and assist in assuring best practices are implemented for contracting globally. Once fully implemented GCS will be the "One Goodyear Way" for requesting or authoring, obtaining approvals and signatures and will serve as the global repository for Goodyear's contracts.
