I came in for a tire installation on my 2020 Ford Mustang cobra G and his team where very quick and friendly

Staff did not know who I was and when I explained I had a Goodyear appt at 12:30, I was met with blank confused stares. Had to tell them the size and type of tire needed and they had to double check to ensure They had it in stock. I had already paid $700-800 before this point so I did not appreciate or expect this lack of preparation. When my vehicle was completed, nobody informed me, so I walked into their back lobby and found the crew eating sandwiches and then they gave me the thumbs up that I can go. Did not feel like a valued customer.

The store is in a bad area of town and looked like a dump. Immediately the grumpy staff agreed to do the job that I had prepaid for. i then also paid more to have the car aligned. The manager guy in charge was nice and friendly but that's about it. Everyone in the garage was not happy and super sweaty. The inside of the place was just tires everywhere and one sitting room. It took a long time but it was because of the alignment. I would never go back to this location.

I arrived earlier than my appointment expecting to wait, but they took me right in and answered all questions I had.

I was in and out really quick.

Knowledgeable staff, had a wide variety of tires and wheels, and most importantly, cheap!
