Yes! Each customer has an estimated spending power they can use to make purchases. Your spending power is not an open line of credit. Each transaction is separately reviewed for approval. Existing orders are subtracted from your spending power to show the available spending power you have to make purchases with Zip.

How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?

Follow all Goodyear.com return information to complete your return. When Zip is notified of the return/refund by the merchant, Zip cancels all future payments and your account will be adjusted to reflect the amount paid to date.In the event of a partial refund, scheduled payments are reduced/canceled first, and then paid installments are refunded to your original payment method.For more information visit Zip Refunds.

What if I returned my order in-store?

When returning an order or item in-store, you need to return the purchase total to your Zip Virtual Card. Zip app To do so, open the and tap orders at the bottom of your screen.Next, select the order or order that contains the item you are returning, choose “details” on the top right. This will open the card information needed by the store associate to refund back to your original form of payment.Please note: Zip CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND if the merchant issues the refund amount to any other form of payment outside of Zip. Zip can only process refunds issued to the Zip Virtual Card used for an order. If a merchant issues a refund to another form of payment, you will still be responsible for paying off your order and making the remaining payments.
