Eligible items ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund at purchase price to your original form of payment through January 31 of the following year.
If your item arrives defective, damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, a physical return may not be necessary, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
