The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain things in a way that made them easy to understand. The lobby was limited on space but that was expected under the current circumstances with COVID-19 and they did a good job of making sure areas were disinfected after each customer. If you're looking to buy new tires then you cannot go wrong with Goodyear and cannot go wrong with Burnett's as your installer.

Ordered tires online and Burnett got them the following Monday. "Ricky" also offered to mount them earlier than the following Saturday. No issues, no problems. Will be returning for a wheel alignment.
