No problem with store experience. They were friendly and professional, but we left the next day for an extended road trip and the tires are clearly not balanced properly. Heavy shimmy at highway speeds and now we must find a store enroute to re-balance tires and waste time and money from our vacation.

I was very satisfied with Dobbs Tire work product. I forgot to tell them one of my tires was a spare that needed to be put back as a spare. Dobb's didn't need me to tell them about the spare. They noticed it and took care of the issue. I appreciate workers who "think" while they work.

I just had a terrible first impression. Send me a bid and I might still buy some goodyear tires from this company. Speak with the employees about cell phone use at work.
