Bought set of Good Year tires service was fast and friendly and tires are excellent.

I arrived early for my appointment. An oil change and rotation took 2 hours due to a speed sensor that the service technician broke. My vehicle sat in the hoist for ever missing one tire but I was not told why the delay. Finally at the end of the 2 hours they told me they’d order one and if need to come back in. I had to prompt the counter man to take my name and number so I’d be notified that the part had arrived and to schedule a follow up appointment for repair, which he said should take no more than a half hour. I bought my most recent set of tires at BTC and have been taking advantage of the free rotations but the lack of prompt service and customer care might make it worthwhile for me to just pay for a rotation elsewhere if the service is faster and better equality. Overall the lack of communication and timely service was disappointing. We utilize BTC at my employer and have had the same issues.

Excellent service. Called in for a price quote on four tires. Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable on the product I was looking for. He was up front that they were on back order and would give me an update when they arrived. He called me to let me know my tires have arrived and we scheduled an appointment. Very fast service as I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked it up over my lunch hour. Thank you for a wonderful experience at your store.
