My appointment was at 10 AM the job was completed by 1045 and I was on my way. Comfortable waiting room with all employees and guest adhering to social distancing practices.

I was driving on Route 1 when I hit road debris and blew a tire and bent the wheel. I put the spare on and checked my GPS which took me to Diamond State. I walked in, unannounced, told them that I had a problem. They told me that they couldn't guarantee it but would they would try to fix my wheel to get me back on the road. In two hours they had fixed the wheel which they didn't charge me for, and I had new tires and on my way. Great Service! I couldn't have been happier. Thanks!

Diamond State really pulled through for us. They went above and beyond to get our Ford Fusion back on the road when the trans line started to leak They do tires and much more. Exceptional service Great price You guys Rock

Service for putting tires on was pretty fast waited about 30mins. But waited at least 10minutes for them to give me my finalized paperwork. With the pandemic no one in this establishment was wearing a face mask or gloves. Hand sanitizer was on the counter but the bottle pump was caked in grease. Not to mention the language of the personal as I was in the waiting room. Definitely will choose another establishment on a next tire install.

I changed my a/c compressor, condenser, dryer, and expansion valve. Needed a/c evaporated, leak test, and recharge. After getting outrageous prices at other places I checked online & found Diamond State Tire.. Due to customers' reviews I called, got a reasonable price, told it would take an hour, so I scheduled appointment. Upon checking in they took my car right away.and was done in an hour. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. My wife has cold a/c and I got exceptional service at right price. Upon my request they even checked the socket size that hold the rotor to the transaxle I need to replace. Great professional people/company. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!!!
