Very good at explaining what is wrong and helping prioritize the things that need to be fixed. I never leave feeling unsafe or suckered into spending too much. Waiting area and restrooms are clean and spacious.

This was about the easiest tire installation from ordering to the actual installation. I even added in an oil change and state inspection. The whole process to about an hour.

The Staff was very friendly. They installed the tires on my truck as soon as I arrived. Great Customer Service!!!

I and my adult children have used this Goodyear store since 2003. The front staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making decisions about car maintenance. They are honest, guarantee their work and don’t have hidden fees or charges. They care about their customers and providing quality work. They explain and help you understand the manufacturers guidelines for maintenance of your vehicle. They also have a small area for children to play.

About 3 months ago I took my car in to get alignment. Guy told me it they completed the job but that they could "only do so much" because supposedly my right camber arm was way bent. So he kept pushing that he could order the parts at that same minute for me, adding up to about 600$. I was sketched out so i told him i would wait. Then he started acting funny. Paid for the alignment left started driving and my wheel was still not centered as if they hadent even touched my car. Asked a friend of my dads to check it for me (works at car shop off baird st) and said i didnt need to replace that part that he would send it to his friend for me to get alignment done. He did and returned my car to me and i could tell right away that they had done a good job.

Very efficient and easy to work with

The Goodyear web site says they will price match any online purchase. That's a lie. Only corporate office Goodyear does. There isn't one within an hour radius that price matches. Web site does not explain that thouroghly enough. False advertising. There is a 450 dollar difference in their competitors prices. We will never get tires from a good year tire store. Other stores are so much cheaper. Smh
