Chuck and his crew always take care to let me know what my car needs and when I need to have the work done, I trust them with my car!

Honest, friendly, courteous and professional service every time.

I often hear "... is the best, etc." Whether or not Chuck and his crew are the best, I am not certain... though I would say based on my experience easily within the top 5% if not the top 1%. Based on my experience, they were quick, reasonably priced, trustworthy and congenial. Though I live over 100 miles away, I frequent the Chattanooga area and will make plans to use them again.

Fast and very friendly.

With Covid-19 and less travel we are extending our time between oil changes. That means things are happening under our car that we can't see or don't know about. That means problems are being caught much later than normal in the life of your car. During a simple oil change they spotted a broken transmission mount on my car. They notified me, got the part, and made the repair. The price was good and the repair only took a few hours more. It could have led to much bigger problems.

The store manager has consistently been professional and knowledgeable. I trust they will do a great job and have it completed on time. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I depend on Chuck and his team of professionals to keep my car in great shape. They always look out for me and keep me abreast of my cars needs.
