Got a screw in my tire. Following Goodyear guidelines they were not able to patch it. So I got a good tire to replace it.

I had a blowout today on i-75 in my 2018 Prius. The Prius does not have a spare tire I needed to have the vehicle towed in which I did to Goodyear at 12 Mile and dequindre in Madison heights Michigan. the service person, Jay could not have been more accommodating and understanding I was upset I was confused I've never had this happen before. He sign me in took it from there excellent job quick courteous very happy with the service I will tell my friends.
