I have been taking my CR-V here for 12 years, and I have received top-notch customer service every time without all the useless that the other places constantly hassle you with. I always follow their recommendations, and they are really good about spreading out regular maintenance so I'm not paying all at once. They are honest about superfluous services, so I always know that they are more interested in maintaining relationships with customers. You can't go wrong here!

Got my oil changed there last Wednesday. Backed the car out of the garage today and noticed a considerable amount of oil on the floor. Will be taking it back tomorrow for a repair and refund.

Friendly fast and willing to help

Zack was super awesome! Very attentive and helpful. Wait time was a little long even with an appointment but they check my car very thoroughly.

Had an 8:00 appointment for a adjustment. They said 30minutes. 3 hours later still not complete. It was up in the air down test drove it. Something was wrong and it is still not looked at yet. Hardly anyone in store for customers. The phone rings off the hook.

All I can say is that I’m glad I went to these guys and not big o tires. Quick, great, friendly service, my car hasn’t felt this good in a very long time! The good service comes with good rates.
