Started off a little awkward. After buying tires online and making appointment with Delaware Tire I arrived early for appointment. The counter person/manager? seemed a little put off by the arrangement, suggesting I call him first before buying online. Eventually, they pulled my car in an hour and half after confirmed appointment. Seems they were servicing later arrivals before me. The young man who installed the tires was very nice and did a great job. The tires exceeded my expectations so far. I may be wrong but I got the feeling they’re not real thrilled with the online buyer. I have purchased tires from this dealer in the past and they do a nice job.
