My Boyfreind and I took his car to this place to find out why it was over heating the car was driveable the quoted him for a water pump and hose 1900 dollars later and a bunch of bs we chose to pick it up instead of going with their idea that he needed a new motor the older gentleman was more worried about my mercedes probably thought we were dumb and had money. Well we watched them push the car off the lift and after paying we realized this car no longer even started they also added parts that was around 200 that we never agreed to or asked for or even was mentioned so now 1900 dollars later cars worse off then it was when we took it there. Worse repair place ever. Reporting to BBB too..

Had an appointment to get Goodyear tires in bought on line through Goodyear, while putting on new tires the salesman called me out and reviewed the condition of my brake pads, I agreed to install new front & rear pads while there, bought brake flush with disc brake replacement. Also bought Lifetime Front End Alignment while there. I went to pick up my truck and the total was about $100 more than we talked about. I had prepaid my tires through Goodyear On Line. Salesman at that point said since the tires were prepaid I did another ticket for the other work and I added “Road Hazard Warranty” for your tires on this ticket, $24.95 per tire times four equals the extra $100 I was not expecting. I didn’t argue as I was tired and had the truck there at 6:50AM and now it’s 3:30PM. I love the tires Goodyear Wrangler AT with Kevlar. My only complaint is that I never was talked to or asked regarding “Road Hazard Warranty” nor would I have bought it, That’s a $100

I went in today because someone took off a few tire screws off 2 of my tires. Of course i was scared, nervous, most people would be. The guy at the desk was a TOTAL JERK. now, even though I was nervous, scared, etc, I was polite. He was so rude that I got my keus back and went somewhere else. Will never go back there.
